Hey all -
We have tried a message board and it worked well for a while but now that is gone. SO as a way to keep something up and running for Live Oak Track and Field I started a blog. I will try to update it daily to semi daily as a way to have some fun this year. - Coach Mike

I am so glad that its up and running!! Will try to check it and of course add some tidbits of info as I get some.. Always glad to keep up to date with track and field athletes. GO NUTS!
