BVAL information

Here is the info on the BVAL meet next week

As you can see the 4*100 doesn't start until 5:45 and the 4*400 isn't until 9:00.

In the field events we have Stphanie jumping at 3:30

Lauren and Mason jumping/throwing at 4:45

We will not have a bus so if you need a ride you need to let me and Mark know so we can give you a ride to the meet. We will discuss this next week. - Coach Mike
